For decades, science has attempted to understand the world by boiling concepts down to their simplest components in a quest for reductionism, but there is now a move to map the world's complexities via a network perspective. Clinical psychology has embraced this perspective as well, and researchers have started to conceptualize mental disorders as network systems. In this chapter, we review and discuss the theoretical conjectures, levels of evidence, current challenges and future directions, as well as the potential translational value of this radically new approach to psychopathology.

Launch in your Browser:

Access Downloaded Data: The downloaded data from the OSF project is located in the 3kem6_src folder.

Run via Docker for Long-Term Reproducibility

In addition to launching this project using Binder or NFDI JupyterHub, you can reproduce the environment locally using Docker. This is especially useful for long-term access, offline use, or high-performance computing environments.

Pull the Docker Image

docker pull meet261/osf_3kem6

Launch RStudio Server

docker run -e PASSWORD=yourpassword -p 8787:8787 meet261/osf_3kem6

Once the container is running, copy the given URL and paste it into your browser.
